The technology solution designed by SBS is a secure, web-based application and is accessible to policyholders and their agents with enhanced self-service capabilities designed to save time and money.
The solution offered the company reduced labor costs, streamlined manual processes in multiple departments and automated quote and policy issuance. The product’s features provide improved accuracy and operational efficiencies including the creation of an immediate audit trail for properties, coverages and premiums.
