Specialized Business Software Creates Cloud Based Insurance Tracking and Lender Placed System

This entirely new insurance tracking and force placed policy management system was built as a fresh approach to simplifying the process of keeping lenders in compliance in regards to insurance requirements on their loans.

Intrex is a full policy management system for lender placed insurance programs with robust insurance tracking functionality for both real estate and vehicle loan portfolios. Intrex is a completely new system designed to be as easy to use as possible with a minimal learning curve to start using it. The agency, the lender, or sub-agents can all use the system for their insurance tracking needs at the same time, with equal access for updating insurance records. Intrex can also be used as a stand-alone force placement system complete with premium rating, binding, and accounting.

Exposure notification is automatically generated in a pre-set cycle of letters help ensure regulatory compliance. At the end of this cycle of letters the loan can automatically bind with force placed coverage. Updating the loan with current insurance by either party will stop the letter cycle in real-time. A full set of imaged copies of all system generated letters is always available.

Intrex was developed from the ground up to take advantage of cloud infrastructure, this means that the client requires no IT setup or involvement. Any agency can now compete with the largest players in the industry as Intrex will elastically scale to handle any portfolio size. Data is automatically encrypted in transit as well as at rest and all datacenter facilities are certified or SOC 2 compliance.
